The ec9 benchtop model is designed for marking applications involving small to medium size parts, including many types of materials from plastics to metals up to 62 Hrc. Available with many options, including a rotary D axis for holding round parts (up to 70mm O.D. and 90mm I.D. and 6 lbs.), the ec9 marking machine is suitable for a wide variety of marking requirements.

It features a graphical screen and an industrial membrane keyboard directly on the machine. Fully self-contained, its integrated software is extremely user friendly with self explanatory icons.

Our e8 series dot peen marking systems comes with a stand-alone controller that includes a sealed keyboard. This controller allows the e8 series of bench-model, portable and I-series integrated heads to be easily interfaced with production lines. Communications can be sent via RS232 or USB ports from a PC or host computer to the marking system. e8 dot peen marking systems are ideal for marking alpha-numeric text, logos and 2D data matrix barcodes and are best suited for medium to high volume marking requirements. 

The e8-c153 benchtop model can mark many types of materials from plastics to metals up to 62 Hrc. The electromagnetic stylus technology enables to mark parts with different shapes and different surfaces (flat surfaces, concave or convex surfaces, circular surfaces, rough or machined surfaces) and only requires one source of energy.

The heavy duty rotary axis option (D axis) enables the operator to mark around cylindrical parts up to 35 Kg.  Extremely accurate and ruggewd, the c153 is the ideal machine for precision marking and high volume marking requirements.
