The ec9 is perfectly well suited to marking station applications for small to medium size parts, for all type of materials from plastics to 62 Hrc heat treated steels. Delivered with many options, including a rotary D axis for parts up to 150 mm diameter and 3 Kg, the ec9 marking machines suits to several uses.

Our e8 dot peen marking systems include a stand-alone controller that includes a sealed keyboard. This controller allows the e8 series of bench-model, portable and I-series integrated heads to be easily interfaced with production lines. Communications can be sent via RS232 or USB ports from a PC or host computer to the marking system. e8 dot peen marking systems are built for the most rugged industrial, high-production environments.

The machine c151 can mark all types of materials, from plastic to hardened steel up to 62Hrc. The electromagnetic stylus technology enables to mark parts with different shapes and different surfaces (flat surfaces, concave or convex surfaces, circular surfaces, rough or machined surfaces) and only requires one source of energy.

The heavy duty rotary axis option (D axis) enables to mark around cylindrical parts up to 35 Kg.  Extremely accurate and robust, thec153 is the ideal machine for aeronautic quality and large quantity marking.
