Durable Technologies' numbering and lettering press is a robust solution for many basic marking situations:

  • The dials are made of high grade tool steel, scientifically hardened and tempered
  • Standard dials are engraved with 42 characters
  • Character wheels are carefully engraved and make clear cut impressions of uniform depth
  • Available character sizes: 1/16”, 3/32”, 1/8”, 5/32”, 3/16” (1/8" max. into stainless steel)
  • Table size is 6" x 8-1/2"
  • Maximum plate size is 5-3/4" wide by unlimited height
  • Maximum stamping distance from the top of the plate is 4"
  • Maximum part thickness is 1/8" (using standard 3-finger part clamp)
  • Maximum part thickness (without 3-finger clamp) is 3/8"
  • Different character size dials are interchangeable, but each character size requires a different spacing rack
  • Approximately 25-30 lbs. of applied physical force is required to achieve 300 lbs. of stamping force

  • Maximum plate size is 7" wide by unlimited height
  • Maximum stamping distance from the top of the plate is 4-3/8"
  • Maximum part thickness is 1/8" (using standard 3-finger clamp)
  • Maximum part thickness (without 3-finger clamp) is approximately 1"
  • Different size dials are interchangeable but each size character requires a different spacing rack
  • Approximately 20 lbs. of applied physical force is required to achieve 1,000 lbs. of stamping force
